First, you really deserve this; secondly, it is great that innovative contributions to the conduct of science like SpaceStat and GeoDa are being recognized as equally significant as the more typical prize-awarded monographs. Thirdly, it make us all at Illinois look good - we bask in the intellectual externalities.
