Congratulations Luc!!!!

Congratulations, Luc, you deserve it. I cannot forget the time I visit you in 2004, when I attended your course in Spatial Regression Analysis. I attach here a picture of the whole group of students (you can't see her, but Julia is also "present", taking the picture!).
